The final concept included:
Room cards for all four room types
Clear booking and account navigation
Strong photography showcasing amenities
An elegant, user-friendly interface

User Testing and Iteration

Room information needed to be easier to scan
Navigation required stronger visual cues
Peer critique and usability testing were used to refine the experience and improve clarity.
Improvements Made
Added room cards for easier comparison
Introduced hover interactions for engagement
Increased focus on the welcoming host experience
Impact & Relection
The final concept helps travelers discover a stay that feels both luxurious and authentic. Users can more easily compare room options, understand amenities, and book with confidence.
This project reinforced the value of hospitality-focused UX design. I learned how strong visuals, micro interactions, and thoughtful content structure can shape user trust and excitement during the booking process.
